It would be hard to keep up with the Joneses—at least all that they have done in a short time. Dr. Kip and Heidi Jones live in Monte Verde, Mountain Green.  Kip is a dentist in Layton and Heidi is a stay-at-home mom to their four girls.  Both are natives of Utah, but they traveled a great deal in the early years of marriage before they returned home to Utah again. The Jones have lived in Morgan County the past six and a half years.

Memorial Day is a great time for family history.  Each year my family makes an outing to three or four cemeteries.  A part of our outing is that we have breakfast at the same restaurant each year.  While it may be true that the kids enjoy breakfast more than the cemetery visits, our annual trek has become family tradition, one that my kids even seem to enjoy and look forward to.

Look on the bright side, there are several good reasons it’s great to be 50. You have less hair to comb, although you now have to trim your eyebrows, nose, and ears. You can multi task by leaving your teeth at the dentist and running errands at the same time. Fiber becomes the sixth food group, you discover stool softeners, and flatulence is excused.
