Dr. Richard and Kerri Macdonald are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter Haley to Tysen Merrill Johnson, son of Merrill and Wynette Johnson.
The wedding is Friday, Aug. 30, 2013, in the Logan LDS Temple. A reception follows 6:30 – 9 p.m. at the Johnson home, 5175 Lamb Drive in Mountain Green, Utah. In case of inclement weather, the reception will be at the Mountain Green LDS church, 4150 W. Old Hwy. Rd.
The Macdonalds will host an open house at their home Saturday, Sept. 21 from 6 – 8 p.m., 2063 N Emerald Bay Ave in Eagle, Idaho.
Haley graduated from Eagle High School in 2010, where she also attended LDS Seminary, was a yearbook photographer, and played varsity Lacrosse. She is a talented artist and has a passion for horses. At Utah State University, she is pursuing a degree in equine science as well as minors in both agricultural business and art.
Tysen graduated from Morgan High and LDS Seminary in 2008. He especially enjoyed athletics and leadership. He served in the Georgia Macon Mission and studies civil engineering at USU.
They met fall semester 2012 when she enrolled in advanced country swing dance, where he is the instructor for USU. Their home will be in Logan after a short honeymoon in Salt Lake City and Park City. The happy couple and their families welcome any who wish to celebrate with them.
