Wasatch Altitude Training Center Announced Race Winners

Wasatch Altitude Training Center (WATC) held its first of many European, Cross Country races, September 11. WATC completed its new wide, hand groomed trails, just days before the event.
The race was held under perfect conditions, with cool weather and crystal blue skies.
The course includes chips, berms, gullies and various obstacles.
Bree Ann Johnson won the race, in an amazing time of 19:26 and now holds the course record.

Billy Peterson, First overall male
Cade Peterson , First 10 & under
Heather Peterson, First 20-29 Female
Randy Peay,   First 20-29 Male
Scott Peay, First 40 -49 Male
Seth Neuenschwander  First 30-39
Kevin Eddy Second  30-39 male
Tanaya Nye  First 30-39 Female
In addtion to the runners a large number of people walked the course.
WATC is planning another 5K trail race for Oct 2, 2010  The start will be at 8:30a to accomadate those involved in conference.
The WATC facility is located at the end of Cottonwood Canyon Rd, past Browning across from the end of the Morgan County Airport .
