The American Red Cross Offers Relief in World War II- War Relief Summary

The total relief made available up to April 1 by and through the American Red Cross in nations engaged in War in Europe and the Orient was $26,725,923.

The American Red Cross relief is at present being distributed under supervision of staff members of the organization in six nations. They are Great Britain, unoccupied France, Finland, China, Spain and Greece. 

The American Red Cross furnished $16,480,744 of the total, of which $6,719,702 represents the estimated value of chapter produced supplies and from U.S. Government funds was furnished $10,245,179.
