The Morgan North Front Business Resource Center to open soon

Article Date:
2 March, 2012 (All day)

The new Morgan North Front Business Resource Center is in pursuit to open soon, as Hadlock Construction works to bring the new changes to the building. The Business Center is located in the former Val’s Flower building, on State Street.

Cubicles were installed in the building, along with a conference room, all painted with tones of tan and white paneled walls. A mosaic welcoming tile greets you in the main entrance.  The kitchen and break room, were just beginning to take form into an inviting place for businesses. Located on the main level, were most the cubicles and office spaces, with more office space upstairs. The back of the business center, which once hosted a green house, will be a veranda of sort extending the business center for outdoor breaks. A number of businesses have already reserved their new office space and cubicles.

The whole goal of this building is to help businesses in getting into a setting that allows them to have a professional image and address other than just home or a garage location. The business center will also allow the home based business or business that are ready to grow, the opportunity to have a professional business front that they can bring clients too, shared with other businesses. The center offers very affordable office space, without having the overhead expenses of other office space rentals.

The advantages of the business center are many; use of all the facilities in the building, fax, copy machines, networks, and training from the pros, with use of conference rooms, break rooms, and more. This is a synergistic way to network with other businesses, while maintaining your own identity and individuality as a business.

Businesses will be able to receive personal coaching from the D.A.T.C., and the Clearfield Job Corps will be available for trainings, as well as helping your business grow.  Many of the business developing training will be open to other businesses, or those interested in starting a business.  The construction is projected to be finished around the end of April.
