Evanston Wyoming Cowboy Days Rodeo is looking for a 2014 queen.  Cowboy Days rodeo is a PRCA (Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association) event held over Labor Day weekend.
This fun event welcomes any girl ages 16-24, living within a 50-mile radius of Evanston to compete.  No special clothes needed, just a sparkling personality, ability to ride a horse and a love for the sport of rodeo.
The contest is May 17 from 10 a.m. until after the crowning that evening.  There will be prizes for all contestants and the queen will receive a beautiful saddle donated by P&M Mackey.  Queen and attendants will receive belt buckles, crowns and banners plus much more.
The queen and her royalty will be representing this great rodeo for a year with great fun at the fish catch, parade, downtown activities and of course three days of fantastic PRCA rodeos during the celebration.  Last year royalty even got to be involved with a mock gun fight at the Friday night activities.
The entry deadline is April 20, 2014.  For more information please call 307-708-4021 or 307-679-3565.
