The Morgan Conservation District hosted its fourth annual Grill Your Conservation District BBQ Wednesday at Riverside Park.
The Conservation District grilled burgers and hotdog for the public and their conservation partners. Agencies in attendance were the Department of Agriculture and Food, The Natural Resource Conservation Service, The Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget and the Utah Association of Conservation Districts. Information about their conservation projects and programs was shared.
Utah State University Extension had an education both that highlighted research on using Ammonium Sulfate as an Adjuvant in Roundup.
The Grill Your Conservation District BBQ is a unique opportunity to link landowners with conservation funding programs and elected officials. It’s a great time for all to learn about conservation efforts within Morgan County.
